Terms of Use
Last updated October 23, 2026
These terms cover iUtils Fit: the web app at fit.iutils.net, the iUtils Fit iPhone app and the iUtils Fit Android app. By using Fit you agree to them. Your iUtils account itself is covered by the iUtils terms; these add what is specific to Fit.
Your account
You sign in to Fit with an iUtils account. You are responsible for what happens under it. You can delete your Fit account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete account; the privacy policy says what that removes.
Community rules
Some of Fit is shared: circles, comments, outings, competitions, spots and their notes and photos. Before your first post you are asked to agree to these rules, and Fit records when you did.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members. Do not post or send anything that is harassing, bullying, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, spam, a scam, or an impersonation of somebody else, and do not use Fit to bother a person who has blocked you.
- Every piece of shared content and every member has a Report and a Block control. Block takes effect immediately and works both ways.
- Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and a member who posts it can lose access to Fit.
- Content reported by several different people is hidden automatically while it is reviewed.
- A circle owner can remove a member from their circle.
- To report something urgent, email [email protected].
You keep ownership of what you post. You give iUtils permission to store it and show it to the people you shared it with, for as long as it stays shared.
Fit Pro subscriptions
Fit is free to use. Fit Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription for one person, offered monthly or yearly. The price is shown before you buy, in your currency, by the store you are buying from.
- Where you are billed. In the iPhone app, by Apple through your Apple Account. In the Android app, by Google Play. On the web, by Stripe, to your card. Fit never sees your card or bank details.
- Automatic renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trials. If a free trial is offered, it is available once per person. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription and you are charged when the trial ends.
- Cancelling. iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → iUtils Fit. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Web: Settings → Billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds. Purchases made in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Purchases made in the Android app are refunded by Google Play. For a web purchase, email [email protected].
- If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a web purchase. By starting Pro straight away you ask for it to begin during that period, and a refund for a withdrawal is reduced by the part already used. Store purchases follow Apple's or Google's refund rules.
- When Pro ends, your account goes back to Free. Nothing you logged is deleted.
- Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play first. A web subscription is cancelled for you when you delete your account.
If you downloaded Fit from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies between you and iUtils. If these terms and that agreement disagree, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
Not medical advice
Fit is a training log, not a medical device. Its estimates and coaching are informational. Check with a qualified professional before starting a new program, and stop if something hurts.
Ending your use
You can stop using Fit and delete your account at any time. iUtils may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, in particular the community rules.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the app tells you. Questions: [email protected].
